Summary: JAMS seeks to hire a Restoration Technician to assist with large-scale coral restoration efforts on Saipan, including land and ocean coral nursery maintenance, asexual and sexual coral propagation, outplanting, and monitoring. This is a field-intensive position that requires the ability to spend full days diving off of small boats in open ocean conditions, potentially in inclement weather. An ideal candidate will be passionate about environmental stewardship and coral reef conservation, responsible, self-motivated, and able to work well as part of a small, dynamic team. This is an entry level position with ample opportunity for on-the-job training and professional development.
